As such, Checkpoint Systems is pleased to announce our new business relationship and exclusivity with Edge® Security Products (“Edge”). Edge’s engineering team is dedicated to the development of cutting-edge retailer security products and solutions. These products and solutions are uniquely innovative and promote and protect your merchandise.  

The Edge patented DeArmTM technology in combination with Checkpoint’s Alpha High-Theft Solutions brings to the market an additional layer of product protection to the retailer. DeArm technology requires the product protection device to pass over either an AM or RF Deactivation Pad prior to the removal of the device. If the device is removed prior to being deactivated, the device will go into an audible alarm. The DeArm devices will also activate an AM or RF EAS Pedestal.
